The Marriage Reconstruction Framework™
A structured path, not a series of open-ended conversations
If you've made it to this page, you're probably looking for one thing. A real way through this, not just someone to talk to about it. That's what the Marriage Reconstruction Framework is.
Most affair recovery is unstructured. You talk, you cry, you hope something shifts. There's no map, so you don't know how far you've come or how far there is to go.
The Marriage Reconstruction Framework gives you that map. Five phases, moving you from crisis to a marriage that is genuinely stronger than the one the affair broke.
The Framework
The Marriage Reconstruction Framework is the 90-Day proven process I use to help couples rebuild after infidelity. Rather than simply talking about the affair, we'll work through a structured pathway designed to help you heal, reconnect and intentionally create a marriage that's stronger than the one that existed before.
Over 90 days, I'll guide both of you through each of the three phases of the framework, ensuring you always know where you are, what's needed next, and how to keep moving forward together.
Phase 1 | Regulation
The first stage is about bringing stability to the chaos.
Together, we'll create emotional safety, reduce conflict, establish honesty and transparency, and stop the patterns that continue to damage your relationship. Before trust can be rebuilt, the marriage needs to feel safe again.
Phase 2 | Reorientation
Once stability has been established, we begin looking beneath the affair.
We'll explore what made your relationship vulnerable, strengthen communication, rebuild emotional connection and create a healthier way of relating to one another. This is where healing begins to turn into genuine transformation.
Phase 3 | Reconstruction
This is where we intentionally build your new marriage.
Together, we'll establish new patterns, stronger boundaries, deeper intimacy and a shared vision for the future. Rather than returning to the marriage you had before the affair, you'll create one that's healthier, stronger and built to last.

Frequently Asked Questions
What if only one of us wants to work on the marriage? This programme is designed for couples who are both willing to rebuild. If your partner isn't ready yet, don't lose hope. Often, the work one person does can create positive change within the relationship. During your consultation, we'll talk honestly about your situation and discuss the most appropriate next steps.
Can a marriage really recover after infidelity? Yes. While every relationship is different, many couples do go on to build healthy, fulfilling marriages after an affair. Recovery isn't about pretending it never happened or simply learning to live with the pain. It's about rebuilding trust, understanding what led to the affair, creating genuine safety, and intentionally building a stronger relationship than the one that existed before.
How long does it take to rebuild trust? There isn't a fixed timeline because every couple's journey is different. Trust isn't rebuilt through time alone. It's rebuilt through consistent actions, honesty, accountability and new relationship patterns. The programme gives you a structured process to begin rebuilding trust properly, while equipping you with the tools to continue strengthening your relationship long after the coaching has finished.
Will we have to talk about the affair in every session? No. Understanding what happened is an important part of healing, but the goal isn't to keep reliving the affair. As we move through the Marriage Reconstruction Framework, the focus shifts from the affair itself to rebuilding trust, improving communication, restoring connection and creating the marriage you both want moving forward.
What if we're not sure whether we want to stay together? That's more common than you might think. Many couples begin coaching feeling uncertain about their future. The programme isn't about convincing either of you to stay. It's about helping you make clear, informed decisions while giving your marriage the best possible opportunity to heal. If you both commit to the process, you'll gain the clarity needed to move forward with confidence, whatever that decision may be. However, most couples begin to see the light at the end of the tunnel after the first few sessions.
I'm not based in the UK. Can I still get your help? Absolutely. I work with couples from all around the globe and deliver sessions via video call.
